Pretium provides construction management services and oversees total gut renovation of 35,000 square foot store for Roses Department Store at Shops at Freedom. The project cost was in excess of $700,000.

Benbrooke Realty Investment Company has acquired Riverview Commons Shopping Center, a 59,000 square foot Food Lion and Dollar General anchored neighborhood shopping center. The Pretium Team provided due diligence support to ownership during the acquisition process. Pretium was awarded Management of the property upon closing.
