Pretium was formed by the Principals of the Benbrooke Realty Investment Company to provide enhanced real estate management services to its friends and its affiliates. Portions of the company were started in 2005 in order to facilitate cohesive accounting practices across Benbrooke’s diverse geographic portfolio. The company was fully formed and officially organized into its current form in 2008.

Director of Property Management
As Director of Property Management, David oversees the day to day operations of the Pretium offices as well as the property management for five of Benbrooke’s commercial real estate assets located on the East Coast totaling over 500,000 square feet.
A prudent businessman with diverse industry experience, David’s success in commercial property management stems from his ability to establish strong working relationships with owners, tenants, and vendors. By establishing immediate follow-up to tenant requests and working closely with all building vendors, David fosters a professional, welcoming environment in the buildings under his management and cultivates lasting client relationships. David prides himself on his team approach to maintaining a high standard of effective communication, efficiency and profitability.
Before joining Pretium, David served as the senior Property Manager at Metro Commercial Management Services, Inc. In this role, David directly managed 1.2 million square feet of retail space and serviced over 150 tenants in the PA/NJ market. David is a former member of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange.
Judi began her career in real estate accounting twenty years ago in commercial/retail development. Her responsibilities have included cash flow analysis/management, budgeting, direct liaison with lenders/bankers as well as client services and relationship management. Her professional associations prior to joining Pretium Property Management have included Greenway Investment Company, Insignia Financial Group, The Mullen Company.
