Pretium is proud to announce the hiring of Darren Griffith as it’s Leasing and Marketing Manager. He will be helping the firm in all leasing activities, as well as the marketing of Pretium’s third party property management services.
Darren is a 2006 graduate of Villanova University. He earned his MBA in Real Estate from Monmouth University in 2010. In addition, he is currently completing his Professional Commercial Property Management Certificate from New York University’s Shack Institute of Real Estate.
Prior to Pretium, Darren had various roles within the commercial real estate industry including, retail leasing, investment real estate brokerage at Marcus & Millichap, office leasing with Regus, and market information and analytic sales with CoStar/Loopnet.

Pretium and its affiliate Benbrooke have announced that David Niven has been promoted to the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Partner of Pretium. Niven has been with Pretium since the company's inception in 2009. He has played a formative role in the company's success and growth. "I am honored to be Pretium's COO.
